Physics l Mechanics l help needed

Starting from rest on your bike, you go in a straight line with a=4m/s^2 for 2 seconds. Then you pedal at constant velocity for another 5s. What's your final velocity?
A

Let tbe 2s, tbe 5s

The velocity after 2 seconds is

V=a ∙ t1

V=4∙2=8(m/s)

The final velocity is equal to velocity after 2 seconds, because during last 5 seconds the velocity was constant.

So the answer is:

The final velocity is 8 m/s
