What type of government does North Korea have?

A

Power sharing and distribution in North Korea is a complex issue to address. The country is a Communist State ruled under Totalitarian Dictatorship. This means that the country’s leader is a dictator who chairs the State Affairs Commission. He is also the de facto leader of The Communist Party that rules the state. According to the country’s constitution, North Korea dictates the activities and choices of the people hence dictating their democracy. Despite holding elections, only the politicians approved by the leadership become victorious.
