Who was the founder of Christianity?

A

Jesus

Christianity was first introduced by a man named Jesus. He claimed to be the son of God and was identified as a healer and teacher. He was crucified by the Roman Empire in Judea. His death was labeled as a sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins and he was believed to have been resurrected by his followers. Christians, the followers of Jesus believe that he will return to earth one day and now lives in heaven with his father, God.

Christianity is considered the largest religion in the world with close to 2.4 billion followers. It was founded as the ministry of Jesus, who was a Jewish teacher on the forthcoming kingdom of God. The doctrine is founded on the belief that Jesus was himself conceived through the Holy Spirit and his teachings are central to its establishment. Therefore, Christianity was basically founded by Jesus, also known as Christ.
