Why did William Marbury most likely support The Judiciary Act of 1789?

A

An independent judiciary of a strong government was one thing Marbury, a Federalist, strongly supported. The judiciary act of 1789 helped secure the independence of the judiciary by creating the Supreme Court and also ensuring the presence of the bipartisan system of support for every federal judge appointed in the US. Also known as the Marbury v. Madison case, it helped greatly by establishing a solid judicial review in the US thereby granting to the American court, full power to strike down any law found to violate the constitution of the US. The decision on this case and the landmark decision of the court laid the foundation for recognizing the United States constitution as actual law and not in any way as a statement of political ideas. It also made it clear, the boundary between judicial branches of the federal government and executives was constitutional.
