Three properties of air are:
a. Air is a homogeneous mixture of gases that combine to become colorless and odorless. However, air consists of dust particles, chippings of other matter, other impurities, and waste.
b. Air has a mass of its own, and it occupies the space found in whatever vacuum it is confined to. Although the air has a low density, if you compress enough air into a vacuum or light container, the object floats.
c. Air cannot be seen but can be felt. The effects of air that can be seen are as a result of the air’s pressure.
